Simple Process

How to Register

Create Your Studio Account

Sign up at the Aspire Dance Pro portal. One account handles your entire studio across all competitions and seasons.

group_add

Add Your Dancers

Build your roster with each dancer's name and birthdate. Age divisions are calculated as of March 1st each season.

playlist_add

Register Routines

Select the competition(s), then add each routine — solo, duet, trio, group, or production. Choose genre, skill level, and entry type.

Upload Music

Upload MP3 or M4A music files through your account. Music is due one week before each competition. Late uploads incur a $10/routine fee.

Pay & Confirm

Pay a 50% deposit by January 6th to lock in your spots. Full payment is due by January 3rd for the early bird rate.

Transparent Pricing

Entry Fees

Pricing is per-dancer per-routine. Group entries cost less per person, making team routines extremely affordable. All fees include three-judge adjudication, written feedback, and video commentary.

Music Submission

Upload MP3 or M4A files via your account. Music is due one week before each competition. Late submissions are $10 per routine. Always bring a backup copy to the event.

Studio VIP Rebate

Studios earn rebates on their total season entry fees based on volume:

  • $500–$4,9995% rebate
  • $5,000–$9,9996% rebate
  • $10,000–$14,9998% rebate
  • $15,000+10% rebate
visibility

Free Spectator Admission

Families never pay to watch. Bring as many supporters as you'd like — there is no admission fee at any Aspire event.
